I started Tanuchya Property because too many buyers in Pattaya were being sold the wrong thing at the wrong price. Every listing on this site I have walked through myself.
Tanuchya Property is a Pattaya-based brokerage specialising in running businesses — bars, agogos, restaurants, hotels and guesthouses — alongside commercial buildings, pool villas, condos and land across Pattaya, Jomtien and the Eastern Seaboard.
We work differently from most agencies here. We visit every property before it goes on the site, we ask sellers for real trading numbers before we advertise a business, and we tell buyers when a deal is not worth doing. That costs us listings sometimes. It also means the buyers we work with come back, and send their friends.
