What does it cost to list?
Nothing upfront. There is no listing fee, no photography fee and no marketing fee. We are paid a commission only when your property sells or rents, agreed in writing before we start.
How do you value my business or property?
For businesses we look at trading history, lease terms and remaining lease length, licences, location footfall and comparable recent sales. For property we use recent transactions in the same building or area, not asking prices. We tell you what it will realistically sell for, even when that is lower than you hoped — an honest price sells far faster than an inflated one.
Can I list if I am not in Thailand right now?
Yes. We can handle everything remotely: we visit, photograph, list and manage viewings, and send you updates by WhatsApp or email.
Do I have to list exclusively with you?
No, though exclusive listings get priority in our marketing and to our buyer list. We will discuss what makes sense for your property.
How long does it take to sell?
It depends on price and type. Correctly priced bars and small businesses typically move fastest; larger assets such as hotels and buildings take longer and are often marketed discreetly to a targeted buyer list rather than publicly.
Can you keep my sale confidential?
Yes. For businesses with staff or landlords who should not know yet, we can market privately with no photos or address shown publicly, and list the price as "Price on application".
