Samutra Villa is a private beachfront estate in Pattaya, made for groups who want space, privacy and the sea at the door. Its name comes from the old Sanskrit and Thai word for the ocean — and the ocean is everywhere: from the pool terraces, the sea-facing lounges, the rooftop, and the private beach access just beyond the garden.
The villa spreads over 2,300 m² of living space on a 480 square-wah plot. Eight bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms welcome 20 guests or more, so the whole group stays together without anyone giving up their privacy. Several bedrooms open straight onto the pool, the bathrooms are finished in natural stone, and the living room looks out over the water.
Days begin on the private sand lounge and end at the beach bar or up on the rooftop, with sunset dinners at long tables for the whole party. A private butler looks after the house and the details, so you can simply enjoy it — for a family reunion, a milestone celebration, a company retreat or a getaway with friends.
Book a single night or stay longer: Sunday to Thursday nights are ฿150,000, Friday, Saturday and Thai public holiday nights ฿180,000, and the villa is also available by the month.
